Shop at the Parisian Market

If you stay with us at Le Trésor de Montmartre, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen.
Many of our guests leave the kitchen untouched, and we don’t blame them. After all, this is the city where gourmet was born, and Montmartre’s cobblestone streets are lined with cafés and bistros.
But others love the authentic experience of browsing the local markets for fresh meats, seafood, produce and cheeses in the afternoon and then spending a couple leisurely hours working magic in the kitchen.
We recommend giving this a try—accompanied by a bottle of wine, of course.
Maison Collignon, a market that plays a prominent role in the 2001 film Amélie, is a 15-minute walk from the apartment and sells produce and other items. Pay them a leisurely visit and see why Paris is a legendary food city.
