Two common rooms — upstairs with the kitchen and dining room and a separate room downstairs (so the kids can watch TV while the adults enjoy the fire with a glass of wine…) There is a master bedroom with 1 King bed, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, a Bunk Room with a double and two single beds and a trundle. Closets have built in storage.

The house is on a corner lot and up on a hill, so no houses next to you on all 4 sides. Views of Mountains and forest.

The Great Room has stacked stone gas fireplace, 55′ TV, cable, DVD, wireless internet access.
2 car garage. Large, flat driveway, low elevation.
2 decks front and back off great room. Large Vermont Castings (5 zone) natural gas BBQ. Hot Tub on lower deck in spacious, fenced back yard.
The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking. Full size washer and dryer.

Just up the hill from Raley’s grocery store, 2 miles from the Incline Beaches at the lake, and near the golf course and restaurants. About 6 minutes from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, 18 minutes from Mt Rose Ski resort.
