Jean and I purchased our house in the early 2000's. We previously had a 2 bedroom ranch on the street which is a great little rental at present, but we were looking for a 3rd bedroom and when we walked into this house with the bright and sunny open floorplan and the view of the beach, we instantly fell in love.. Jean also is a fan of the 1940's style architecture outside. The fact is, we love both properties, particularly because its a great community neighborhood. In Summer we have a lot of vacationers which makes for a happy atmosphere, and in the off season we have all of our wonderful neighbors. To top it off, the other reason we like it is that we are within reach of all of Cape Cod, centrally located and close to Hyannis, so while some of the Cape feels isolated in the off season, we don't-its year round living here.
