Lecrín Valley Holiday Villa in Restábal Granada, Spain
Property Description
Imagine a beautiful, secluded and unspoilt valley, the Lecrín Valley (Valle de Lecrín), just 30 minutes south from the city of Granada and 30 minutes down to the Costa Tropical. Picture a small, charming "white village" surrounded by spectacular scenery. Do you want to go walking or horse riding or just sit and relax by a small pool? Just look at those views over the valley towards Sierra Nevada! If this appeals to you, Casa Tagomago could be your next holiday home.
You'll find a carefully restored, village house, sitting on a corner plot on the edge of the village of Restábal. Set high above the orange groves and traditional terraces, with views of the Beznar Lake, looking towards Sierra Nevada. Every room in the house enjoys these views.
The house is traditional in style, with all the amenities for a hassle free, relaxing holiday. The groundfloor sitting-dining room, with its comfortable, cozy furnishings, opens directly on to the completely private patio.
Next to the dining area, the open plan kitchen is fully equipped for you, as well as having a door out to the patio. The french windows in the double bedroom give access to the pool (3.5m x 2.5 m approx) too. On this floor, there's a bathroom with walk in shower and a utilty room.
Upstairs, a second sitting room with a balcony overlooking the patio, is equipped with the second TV, a DVD player, film and music DVDs, books and board games. The comfortable sofa bed gives the sleeping arrangements more flexibility. Each of the twin bedded rooms lead off this sitting room. Both have balconies, fitted cupboards and open shelving. The four piece family bathroom is next to the larger of the two bedrooms.
One more flight of stairs leads us to the roof terrace. The views here are almost 360º. Equipped, like the patio with table, chairs, loungers and a parasol, this is also a private place for sunbathing and outdoor meals.
Enjoy meals al fresco under the shaded pergola on the patio. Wallow in the pool whilst contemplating the Peak of El Caballo (3.011 m) one of several 3.000s in Sierra Nevada. Snooze in a lounger before a delicious BBQ. Or stroll up the street to a typical village bar for tapas and a good glass of wine. The options are endless.
