Property Description

Newly renovated flat in a central location. Here you will be close to everything, with no need for a car (walking time: 5 minutes from train station, 8 min from beach, 8 min from airport bus stop, 15 min from old town) – however, paid parking is available across the street.

The flat is a big studio of 43m2, with a sleeping alcove equipped with a luxury bed 160 x 200. The alcove is separated from the rest of apartment with a big luminous glass wall, but without door to enable a spacious feeling.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality brands, very new, and has a high breakfast bar.

The living room has a convertible sofa, 160x200cm, high quality, a relaxing armchair. It is equipped with flat curved TV Samsung, and a Sonos sound system where guests can transfer their favorites play list very easily once they have downloaded the free Sonos application on their mobile/tablet.

The living room opens via large windows to a sunny terrace, equipped with table and chairs. Facing south west and with no vis-à-vis, the terrace is sunny from early afternoon till dusk, so perfect for a glass of wine after a busy day discovering the beautiful Côte d’Azur.

The small bathroom offers a rain shower in a white marble and black walls atmosphere. You’ll also find a washer/dryer there.

The flat is located at the 2nd floor (with lift) of a very smart and well kept building with interesting 60’s design and architecture. Residents there are calm and respectfully, so are our guests ! Not the place to party, but lots of bars and disco not far away.

The apartment is ideal for guests wanting to live in city center, close to everything. No car needed. However, paid public underground parking (available at same location). Should you need a car, Nice offers shared electrical cars, the Auto Bleue service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your travel, for a few hours or a whole day. Vehicles may be used via a booking service (ZEN service) or without advance booking (FLEX service). A station is just facing the building !

A nice alternative to the car in Nice, Cagnes-sur-mer and Saint-Laurent du Var is the very cheap self-service bike (with credit card, 1 day is 1€, 7 days is 5€): 175 stations spread across the region (a bike station every 300 meters) providing 1,750 bikes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In addition, 125 kilometers of cycle tracks are in operation across the metropolitan area.

Hello! We are Ralph and Karen, an Anglo-American couple who fell in love with Paris and France over 20 years ago. Work-related trips brought us here, but we kept coming back for holidays, then extended visits, and then… In 2005, we decided nothing was stopping us from buying a place of our own in Paris. Lots of research, learning, and many kilometers of sneaker-rubber later, we put our house in the United States on the market. It sold in 10 days, and we found our apartment in Montmartre two months later. After a massive, year-long renovation project and its many challenges, we hit our biggest bump yet. As it turned out, we had to stay based in the US after all. Our lovingly remodeled apartment in Paris became a place where we returned only for short visits. In 2008, we started renting to guests—travelers like we once were (we always preferred apartments over expensive, cramped hotels). And the rest, as they say, is history. Le Trésor de Montmartre has proved quite popular, to the extent that we have trouble finding a break in the booking calendar to stay there ourselves! In the midst of this, we found Nice. After several holidays in and around Nice, we thought, why not buy a pied-à-terre in the area? Despite the challenges involved in renovating from afar—which we knew very well at that point—we jumped in again in late 2010. After another renovation, another year, and hundreds more gray hairs between us, we added Le Trésor de Nice to our rental portfolio. A year so so later we picked up 3 other apartment to manage.
