From captivating décor and unique character experiences to delicious treats and magical moments, there is something for everyone during Christmas at Walt Disney World.
Christmas events at Disney start November 8th 2019 for Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. Epcot Christmas events begin November 29th.
Christmas at Walt Disney World:
Magic Kingdom Christmas Events
Christmas at Magic Kingdom is magical. Enchanting decor, holiday treats and a sparkling icy castle transform it into a holiday wonderland.
A Frozen Holiday Wish & Castle Dream Lights
At dusk each night Anna, Elsa, Olaf and Kristoff take to the Castle forecourt stage. During this 9 minute show Queen Elsa uses her magical powers to transform Cinderella Castle into shimmering ice palace. The castle is blanked in over 170,000 glimmering lights.
During Christmas at Walt Disney World, this fan favorite is given a holly jolly overlay. The skippers are missing home so they've given the Jungle Cruise a holiday makeover. The queue is decked in holiday finery and boats are given Christmas names. All along the cruise, the captains will keep you entertained with holiday jokes and puns.
You can Meet Santa in the Magic Kingdom every day at Candy Cane Garden. He'll be there from 10am through 5pm. He also makes appearances for meet and greets during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.
Main Street USA Entertainment
There's regular entertainment along Main Street USA all day long. Dapper Dans Barbershop Quartet showcase holiday tunes with a little comedy thrown in too. They perform regular 20 minute a cappella shows throughout the day.
The Main Street Trolley Show gets a Holiday makeover. These singers and dancers perform up and down Main Street USA regularly throughout the day.
Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade
If you're visiting between November 8th and December 22nd 2019, the only option you have to see this parade is during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Once the party ends on December 22nd, the parade will replace the regular daytime parade from December 23rd to December 31st. It usually runs twice a day at noon and 3pm.
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks
Hosted by Minnie Mouse, the holiday extravaganza brings visitors together in a celebration of heartfelt moments and the magic of Christmas.
As with the parade, you'll only be able to see this fireworks extravaganza during Mickey's Party. Once the party is over, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks will be shown each night from December 23rd to December 29th 2019.
Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration
If you're spending the week of Christmas at Walt Disney World, you'll be able to see this without a party ticket from December 22nd to December 31st.
Mickey and Minnie take to Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage. They host Disney friends for an unforgettable Christmas soiree filled with classic and contemporary holiday songs. Magical holiday projections on Cinderella Castle build to a snowy finale.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a specially ticketed, limited-attendance celebration that takes place on select nights from November 8th 2019. The event features an exclusive showing of Minnie's Christmastime Fireworks and Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.
Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration is a live stage show. As well as complimentary cookies and cocoa, there are live shows, dance parties and plenty of exclusive character meets. It’s a separate ticketed event which kicks off at 7pm and ends at midnight on select nights shown below. Your ticket gives you access from 4pm. If you don’t have a Party Ticket, you’ll need to leave by 7pm.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios Christmas Events
What could be better for tinsel town than a tinsel makeover during Christmas at Walt Disney World? Experience a Flurry of Fun at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Events kick off November 8th 2019 and finish January 5th 2020.
There's festive entertainment and decor plus enchanting holiday touches throughout the park.
Sunset Seasons Greetings
Magical projections bring the billboards to life as beloved Disney Characters share seasonal stories.
Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Olaf and others all join in. Holiday magic also transforms the famous Hollywood Tower Hotel into dancing scenes of the season. The whole tower bursts into life and snow flurries add to the atmosphere. This is shown constantly throughout the evening on Sunset Blvd from dusk to close.
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!
This is the nighttime spectacular during Christmas at Hollywood Studios. Santa has gone missing and he must be brought back to the North Pole in time for Christmas. The show combines state-of-the-art projections, fireworks, special effects and music to create a one-of-a-kind holiday experience.
Toy Story Land Holiday Makeover
Toy story Land joins in the fun during Christmas at Walt Disney World. Woody, Jessie and Buzz get a holiday makeover. Woody has candy cane in his holsters and a holiday vest with Christmas trees and prezzies. Buzz Lightyear will be wearing a very fetching glittery Santa hat. Jessie has cute peppermint trim on her waistcoat.
Special seasonal songs will accompany Alien Swirling Saucers and Slinky Dog Dash gets a jingle addition to the soundtrack.
Giant holiday decor will be all around Toy Story Land. You'll also be able to get a special Christmas card selfie. Décor includes a 10-foot-tall Hamm sugar cookie at Woody’s Lunch Box. Plus green alien ornaments near the entrance to Alien Swirling Saucers and more.
Where to Meet Santa at Hollywood Studios
If you want to meet the Jolly man himself, Santa takes up residence at Once Upon a Time shop from November 10th to December 24th. Once he's left for his Christmas delivery round, Santa Goofy steps in fromDecember 25th. The vintage setting of the Once Upon a Time shop recalls bygone days of Santa’s visits to great department stores across the country.
Disney Junior Dance Party!
The Disney Junior Dance Party! hits the stage during Christmas at Walt Disney World. This high-energy live show will feature Disney Junior pals including Vampirina and Doc McStuffins.
Minnies Holiday Dine
Minnie Mouse is your hostess with the mostest. She's joined by Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Santa Goofy.
The buffet style dining offers lots of character interaction and photo ops. The cost is $52 for adults and $31 for children.

Epcot Holiday Events
Discover joyous holiday traditions from 11 World Showcase nations during Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. Beginning November 29th 2019, this year’s festival will deliver a yuletide extravaganza.
Seasonal tastes from around the globe are served up during Christmas at Walt Disney World. This event is similar but smaller to the Food & Wine Festival, but with a holiday twist.
Holiday Cookie Stroll
Purchase delicious holiday cookies from cookie stroll locations. Collect stamps for each cookie in a passport. When you have five stamps you'll receive a complimentary “completer” cookie and a cold glass of milk!
The Holiday Cookie Stroll can be completed at your leisure. You can take your passport anytime until December 30th.
World Showcase Storytellers
World Showcase pavilions come alive with the sights and sounds of special entertainment celebrating each country’s holiday heritage. Each country showcases it's traditions. You'll see Mariachi Cobre singing and dancing in Mexico. La Benafa in Italy tells tales of Epiphany. Kwanzaa and Hannukah are represented in America, but also stop by to see the Voices of Liberty. The dragon dance at China is an explosion of color.
Chip and Dale's Christmas Tree Spree
Chip n Dale are on a quest to collect ornaments for their Christmas tree. Purchase a map and stickers and travel around World Showcase looking for the famous chipmunks with their ornaments. Once you've completed your map, you'll get a festive surprise, courtesy of Chip and Dale. Maps are available for $6.99 (plus tax).
This long time traditional event runs during Christmas at Walt Disney World. It starts on November 29th 2019 and runs through December 30th.
The story of Christmas in words and music is told by a celebrity narrator accompanied by a mass choir and a 50 strong orchestra.

Animal Kingdom Christmas Events
Holiday events at Animal Kingdom begins November 8th 2019 through December 31st 2019.
Tree of Life
The Tree of Life will feature a series of wintry tales, complemented by a familiar and heartwarming holiday-inspired musical score. Between awakening moments, the Tree of Life will shimmer and sparkle throughout the night, alive with the spirit of the holidays.
Holiday Hoopla Dance Party
Over at Donald's Dino-Bash, characters will get a holiday makeover. Join them at Truck-O-Saurus for the Holiday Hoopla Dance Party with Chip ‘n Dale and plenty of interactive fun and games.
Discovery Island village will be filled with sparkling white holiday decorations during Christmas at Walt Disney World.
Animal-inspired luminaries will line the rooftops. Wireframe lanterns in the shape of beautiful birds will be perched throughout the area.
A holiday gathering of winter animals in the form of life-size, artisan-sculpted puppets will bring the island to life. Reindeer, foxes, polar bears, penguins and more will be accompanied by serenading musicians to create a playful atmosphere of festive fun.
Diwali Celebrations at Anandapur
The residents of Anandapur will also decorate the theatre district in celebration of Diwali, the holiday festival of lights in India. Glowing flowers, lanterns and more illuminate the square between Anandapur Theater and the waterfront stage, home to authentic cultural performances.
Harambe African Celebrations
Harambe in Africa will welcome visitors with unique and authentic African celebrations. Various groups throughout Harambe will introduce holiday-inspired enhancements, including costume additions and new music, to their performances.
Tusker House Holiday Dining
The holiday fun continues inside Tusker House for dining with Disney friends, where Mickey and his pals spread holiday cheer throughout the meal.
Pandora Seasonal Fun
The ex-pats on Pandora will be celebrating with a display at Pongu Pongu of kitschy holiday décor. The display will combine vintage pieces from Earth with items handcrafted from materials indigenous to Pandora.
Holiday Character Meets
There are plenty of character meets during Christmas at Walt Disney World. Mickey and Minnie will be on Discovery Island at Adventure Outpost. They'll be greeting guests in Christmas sweaters. Santa Goofy will be waiting in DinoLand.
And treats! Look out for special holiday treats for your tastebuds. There's always delicious delights.
Almost all the lighting decor in Animal Kingdom is LED. The park uses 65,000 LEDs and 331 holiday garlands.
Christmas at Disney Springs
Christmas Events at Disney Springs run November 8th 2019 to January 5th 2020.
Every corner of Disney Springs is wrapped and ready for the season with holiday décor and special entertainment. Over 2,000 pieces of individual decor are used to blanket Disney Springs, including a 45-foot-tall tree.
Disney Springs is the perfect destination for holiday shopping, dining and entertainment. From top name-brands to cozy one-of-a kind retailers, there’s something for everyone. Busy shoppers can take a break and enjoy a quick snack on the go or dine at one of Disney Springs.
Christmas Tree Trail
Stroll through the Christmas Tree Trail and view 23 custom-decorated holiday trees. Each tree is dedicated to a popular Disney theme featuring characters like Mary Poppins, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Sleeping Beauty, Peter Pan, Snow White and Dumbo.
Santa Claus will accept Christmas wish lists and welcome guests in Santa's Chalet until December 24th. Santa Goofy will take over on December 25th after Old Saint Nick heads back to the North Pole.

During Christmas at Walt Disney World, you can take part in Stitch’s Holiday Gift Hunt. Discover where the mischievous Experiment 626 is hiding.
